Is This Your First Experience with Physical Therapy?
We understand that it can be difficult to know if you are choosing the right physical therapist.
Doctor Sam Jackson, PT opened his practice to provide physical therapy the right way - to take the time to listen to his patients and provide them with the personalized care that helps them get better faster & stay healthy.
I have been seeing Paige Payne at Foundation Physical Therapy for a month , and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! The facility is wonderful and the progress I have made seeing both Paige and Sam Jackson is truly amazing to me. I am so much better with my balance , knee strength and overall confidence in navigating many different mobility situations. Give them a call! I promise that you will be impressed, too!!

Initially, my doctor referred me to Foundation, but now I happily recommend their services to others. I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional the staff, particularly Shelley and Paige, truly are. Their communication skills are impeccable, and they invest the time to fully comprehend every aspect of your situation. The personalized one-on-one care they provide is truly top-notch, highlighting a commitment to quality over quantity, which sets them apart from several others. If you're seeking physical therapy, do yourself a favor and call them.

Without a doubt, Samuel is most attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, realistic and pleasant physical therapist in the Upstate. Foundation PT has a convenient location with ample parking and a very nice office and therapy area. I’ve been to two other very large and well reviewed facilities, but did not get near the attention I’ve gotten from Samuel. He stays with me during the exercises and makes corrections as needed. The dry needling and cupping has also helped my arthritic knee. I recommend Samuel highly and appreciate all he’s done how me arthritic knee.

I injured my knee training for my physical fitness military exam. My first thought was that I needed to get an MRI. Thankfully, I was able to see Dr. Sam and get my knee evaluated. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain to me what was going on with my knee, and developed a personalized plan. I was given the tools I needed to recover quickly. Thank you!

After spending 45 days in the hospital recovering from a lower extremity burn, I came out suffering from excruciating neck pain. I could barely turn my head and I was unable to drive or do my normal daily activities. Dr. Sam patiently worked with me and pushed me just the right amount. He helped restore my neck range of motion through hands on techniques, dry needling, and exercises. I can proudly say my neck is 100% healed! If I ever need physical therapy again, I will be going to see Dr. Sam.

I was lifting my newborn out of his car seat when I threw out my back. Before going to physical therapy, I could hardly move. I was spending more time resting on the couch than taking care of my kids. Sam was able to use dry needling and manual therapy to calm down my pain. After one visit, I noticed a major difference in my pain! After two visits, I was completely back to normal. I am so glad I found out how effective physical therapy can be for pain. I have highly recommended Sam to my friends!
